What Are Transition Services?

Before a child turns 16, the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) requires that transition planning be included in their Individualized  Education Program (IEP).

How it Works?

ONEder’s platform is easy to use, and contains lessons and activities that can be seamlessly adapted, along with supports and accommodations tailored to the unique learning needs of the individual. Lessons can be differentiated with supports that include visual schedules, grid displays, visual scene displays, and more. As activities are completed, data is collected to demonstrate progress toward standards and goals.
