In this course, students will learn to identify their own personal strengths and needs and will learn about character strengths that can help them to succeed in life after high school.

In this course, students will learn to use appropriate communication skills to successfully interact socially in a variety of settings.

In this course, students will focus on learning the interpersonal skills that are necessary to work successfully in groups both at school and in the workplace.

In this course, students will learn the important skills needed to help advocate for themselves in school, the workplace, and in life.

In this course, students will learn how to set personal goals and will explore ways to successfully reach school, community, work, and life goals.

Developing Self-Determination

In this course, students will learn the knowledge and skills they need to exercise control over their future.

Exploring Career Options

In this course, students will identify career interests, research careers, and examine job opportunities and career paths that they can pursue after graduation.
